The hearing on "Genocide and the Rule of Law" scheduled by the Senate Committee on the Judiciary Subcommittee on Human Rights and the Law for Monday, February 5, 2007 in Room 226 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building will begin at 3:00 p.m. rather than the previously scheduled time of 2:00 p.m.
