Sitting Supreme Court Justices Denounce Court Packing. Will Judge Jackson?

Supreme Court justices have denounced Democrats’ and their dark money allies’ desire to add seats to the Supreme Court in order to change its ideological balance.

“Nine seems to be a good number. It's been that way for a long time. … I think it was a bad idea when President Franklin Roosevelt tried to pack the court.”
 – Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

"If anything [court packing] would make the court look partisan."
– Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

"I have heard that there are some people on the Democratic side who would like to increase the number of judges. I think that was a bad idea when President Franklin Delano Roosevelt tried to pack the court."
– Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

"Structural alteration motivated by the perception of political influence can only feed [the perception that the Supreme Court is political], further eroding that trust."?
– Justice Stephen Breyer

Will Judge Jackson speak up like Justice Ginsburg and Justice Breyer or will she let her dark money court packing backers speak for her?
