The Senate Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Administrative Oversight and the Courts will hold a hearing entitled "Responding to the Growing Need for Federal Judgeships: The Federal Judgeship Act of 2009" on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. in Room 226 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building.
