The hearing scheduled by the Senate Committee on the Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Property Rights on "An Examination of the Death Penalty in the United States" for Wednesday, February 1, 2006 in Room 226 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building will begin at 1:30 p.m. rather than the previously scheduled time of 2:00 p.m.
