Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance - Denise E. O'Donnell

Denise E. O'Donnell was confirmed on May 26, 2011, to be the Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance.  On December 22, 2010, the nomination was returned to the President under the provisions of Senate Rule XXXI, paragraph 6 of the Standing Rules of the Senate.  On January 5, 2011, President Obama again nominated Denise E.
