Assistant Attorney General Ronald W. Weich was confirmed on April 29, 2009.  A hearing to consider his nomination was held on April 1, 2009, in room S-127 of the Capitol Building.  The Judiciary Committee ordered the nomination reported to the Senate for consideration on April 23, 2009.
