Assistant Attorney General for the National Security Division - David Kris

Assistant Attorney General David Kris was confirmed on March 25, 2009.  A hearing to consider his nomination was held on February 25, 2009.  An archived webcast is available.  On March 5, 2009, the Committee ordered the nomination reported to the Senate for consideration.  The nomination was referred to the Intelligence Committee, which reported the nomination to the Senate for consideration on March 12, 2009icon_webcast
