"Eric Holder is a man of integrity whose history at the Department of Justice and on the bench makes him uniquely qualified to be the nation's highest law enforcement official. I am highly confident he will uphold the Constitution, faithfully execute the laws of the land, and restore confidence in the Department. Mr. Holder has the talent, experience, and judgment to lead DOJ based only on the Constitution and our laws, and not what is best for any individual. Simply put, Mr. Holder is the right person at the right time for DOJ.
