The Senate Committee on the Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and
Homeland Security will hold a hearing on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. in Room 226
of the Dirksen Senate Office Building on "Tools To Fight Terrorism: Subpoena Authority and Pretrial Detention of Terrorists."

The hearing scheduled for Tuesday, June 22, 2004 by the Senate Committee on the Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and Homeland Security on "Tools To Fight Terrorism: Subpoena Authority and Pretrial Detention of Terrorists" will begin at 2:30 p.m. rather than the previously scheduled time of 2:00 p.m. in Room 226 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
