The hearing scheduled by the Senate Committee on the Judiciary on "Ensuring the Continuity of the United States Government: A Proposed Constitutional Amendment to Guarantee a Functioning Congress," will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 226 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building, rather than the previously scheduled time of 10:00 a.m.

Immediately following the Full Committee hearing, the Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and Homeland Security will hold a hearing on "Covering the Waterfront - A Review of Seaport Security since September 11, 2001" at approximately 11:15 a.m., rather than the previously scheduled time of 2:30 p.m., in Room 226 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building.
