NOTICE OF SUBCOMMITTEE FIELD HEARING POSTPONEMENT
AND LOCATION CHANGE

The hearing on "Exploring Federal Solutions to the State and Local Fugitive Crisis" scheduled before the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs, for Friday, January 15, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. has been postponed until Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. This hearing will now be held at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, instead of the previously scheduled location, the James A. Byrne U.S. Courthouse.

Chairman Specter will preside.
